Chain assembly machine:-

Chain assembly machine is used to assemble all components of the chain we have different models for different chains. This machine was fitted with cams mechanisms which are specially designed. The feeding, carriers , punching are all mechanically interlocked to ensure that there is no deviation during the chain assembly. The machine is fitted with an automatic forking system for bush and roller to reduce the work load in feeding the machine with raw material. where as we have optional mechanisms for top plate forking. The machine is also fitted with an automated lubrication system controlled by a timer that can be set accordingly. The machine is in line with the Tensioner table which elongates the chain so that it won't under go any deformation during usage. The machines specifications can be altered as per customers' requirements.
