Billet shearing machine:-

Billet shearing machine was developed to shear large diameter bars which are up to dia 30mm.The shearing mechanism is the same concept as of the pin shearing machine where as in this machine we use a power press of rated tonnage which is selected according to the required tonnage for the raw material. The shearing is a closed shearing to ensure that the raw material is not wasted. Depending up on the properties of the raw material the machine is provided with a induction heating system to soften the material for better quality of shearing. As per our customers' requirements the machine can be fitted with either servo feeding or mechanical feeding systems.
