Wire straightening and cutting machine which uses closed die shearing system to increase the shearing quality by maintain the flatness of the shearing faces and maintain length consistency of the sheared pins. All the dies are made out of Tungsten carbide inserts which are shrink fitted into alloy steel casing duly hardened to withstand the shearing load generated while sharing operation. These machines are designed for 24 hrs cycle operations hence lot of care has been taken in the designing stage. Most if the machine components are made out of suitable alloy steels that which are properly machined & heat treated for a long and trouble free run.

Operating speed of machine is maximum 800 strokes per minute depends on the wire diameter. The length accuracy of these machines are within (+/_) 0.05mm with 1.5 degree taper. These machines are available in three different models for different diameters.
