Tumbling barrel:-

The tumbling barrel is used mainly for polishing, burr removal and washing purposes. After shearing in our pin cutting machine the cut pins tend to have a burr or sharp edge to remove that the needed to be polished before going to the next operation. This barreling also cleans the surface of the pins by washing away any oil or dust which is on the pins. This barrels are available in different sizes according to the load they need to carry. Regular barrels are fitted with a transmission which is designed accordingly to the load. To the choosing of our customers we provide different models of barrels for different operations.
