Warm shearing machine:-

The warm shearing machine uses the same concept of pin shearing machine where as the raw material in this case are austenite & martensite which are very hard in nature up to 50 to 52 HRC. Since this materials are very brittle it is difficult to achieve proper shearing quality. Since this machine is fitted with latest technology of induction heating here the raw material is heated to specified temperature before shearing to soften the raw material and thus ensuring the quality of shearing. Since the raw material comes in the form of long bars the machine is given along with an auto loading stand which automatically loads the bars in to the machine. This machine is fully automated and is fitted with servo feeding system for accurate pin length. The technical specifications of the machines vary as per our customers' requirements.
