Bush forming machine:-

Bush forming or roller forming machines are widely used in roller chain industry, Spring dowel manufacturing industry and other automobile component manufacturing.

We have different models of bush forming such as high speed roller forming machine (200 Spm used in roller chain) , Heavy duty bush forming machine( 0 -80 SPM). We develop different models as per our customer requirement we have four tool forming machine which uses front, rear, side forming tools for primary forming and is pressed through tungsten carbide forming dies. We also have a two tool forming machine which uses only front and rear forming tools for primary forming and then he bush is pressed through tungsten carbide forming dies. The outer and inner diameters of the bush are maintained under 20 to 50 microns.

We also have different feeding mechanisms for our customers which are servo feeding which is in line with a planetary gearbox for exact feeding length and mechanical feeding which uses a unique one way clutch mechanism for exact length feeding.
